FUNDRAISING INFORMATION FOR THE 2010-2011 YEAR
HOAGIES - - Monthly sale of various hoagies.
Chairperson – Needed
LOTTERY CALENDARS – This is an adult only fundraiser. Calendars are sold for the 2011 calendar year and winners are based on the 3-digit PA night time lottery drawing.

ENTERTAINMENT BOOKS – Selling Pittsburgh Entertainment discount coupon books. This sale usually begins on the last day of band camp.

AVON – The selling of Avon products with a varying percentage of the sales going into the student’s account. Avon sales run 2-3 times during the school year.

SUBWAY COUPON CARDS - Selling of discount "Peel-A-Deal" peel-off sticker coupon cards for local Subway shops.

HEALTHY FRESH FRUIT SALE – A variety of Florida citrus fruit and frozen cheesecakes. Orders begin in the fall with delivery in early December.

DEE’S DELIGHTS GOURMET BAKED GOODS – Sale of locally made nutrolls, paskas, and breads in time for the spring holidays.

ROSIE'S PIEROGIES - Sale of locally made frozen potato and cheddar pierogies sold in time for the spring holidays.

TAMBELLINI’S - Sales of various frozen Tambellini food items including soups, pastas and cannoli. This sale will be run twice.

HEINZ FIELD – This fundraiser has you working in a refreshment stand at Heinz Field during Pitt & Steeler football games or other special events to earn money for your student’s account.

COOKING CLASSES - This is a fundraiser that has many possibilities. Last year we had a “Sushi Night” that was very well received. If we can find “host families”, we will sell tickets to “In Our Home-How To Cook_______” classes.

HOME BAND COMPETITION - This event generates money for both the general fund and your individual account. A percentage of the sale of advertisements go directly into the student’s account.

SPAGHETTI DINNER –This fundraiser is held during the Spring Musical. Don't forget about this important "post-marching- band-season" fundraiser! We host a delicious spaghetti dinner, usually the first Saturday of the musical.

MERCHANDISE – The sale of an assortment of items at the Wolverena's WHHS Band merchandise table. One unique item is a customized brass ornament with the Woodland Hills Wolverine logo on it. These were made by Tom Pollard Designs.

PAPER RECYCLING - Please continue to use our paper recycling bin located in the parking lot of the Woodland Hills Administration Building located on Greensburg Pike. Recyclable paper includes: newspaper, computer paper, magazines, glossy paper, office paper and shredded paper. Cardboard, telephone books and plastic are NOT accepted.
