FUNDRAISING INFORMATION FOR THE 2011-2012 YEAR
HOAGIES - Monthly sale of 8 varieties of hoagies.

SHEETZ COUPON BOOK FUNDRAISER - The Sheetz Coupon Book Fundraiser is now underway. The book contains coupons for the following: Free M•T•O® item, Buy One Get One Free M•T•go!® Sandwich or Parfait, Free M•T•O® Breakfast Sandwich, Free Bag of Fryz, Free Hot Dog (2), Free Specialty Coffee, Buy One Get One Free Nutz, Free Sheetz Donut, Buy One Get One Free Nova Blue® Bottled Water.
The sale will run from 11/23/11 to 12/7/11. Each book sells for $10.00, the student will profit $3.60 and the BPO will profit $.40. Pick-up will be on 12/15/11 in the high school cafeteria between 5:00 and 6:00. If you would like to purchase a book to use as a sample please contact Roberta Lilac at 412-823-6193.
These coupon books will make a nice Christmas gift or stocking stuffer. They are also nice when you are out and about on those busy days doing your Christmas shopping.

LOTTERY CALENDARS – This is an adult only fundraiser that begins in the late fall. Calendars are sold for the 2012 calendar year and winners are based on the 3-digit PA night time lottery drawing.

ENTERTAINMENT BOOKS – Selling Pittsburgh Entertainment discount coupon books. This sale usually begins on the last day of band camp.

AVON – The selling of Avon products with a varying percentage of the sales going into the student's account. Avon sales run 3-4 times during the school year (band camp, fall, Christmas, and Mother's day).

COOKE TAVERN SOUPS FUNDRAISER – Selling of a variety of soup mixes. This sale runs in October/ November.

HEALTHY FRESH FRUIT SALE – Selling of a variety of Florida citrus fruits and frozen cheesecakes. Orders begin in the fall with delivery in early December.

FLOWER BULBS – The sale of assorted flower bulbs that ship directly to the customer in time for planting according to Hardiness Zones for the area, generally in September.

HEINZ FIELD – This fundraiser has you working in a refreshment stand at Heinz Field during Pitt & Steeler football games or other special events to earn money for your student's account.

HOME BAND COMPETITION – This event generates money for both the general fund and your individual account. A percentage of the sales of advertisements goes into the student's account.

SPAGHETTI DINNER – This fund raiser is held during the Spring Musical. Don't forget about this important "post-marching- band-season" fund raiser! We host a delicious spaghetti dinner, usually the first Saturday of the musical.

MERCHANDISE – The sale of an assortment of items at the Wolverena's WHHS Band merchandise table. One unique item is a customized brass ornament with the Woodland Hills Wolverine logo on it. These were made by Tom Pollard Designs. New this year are feather hair extensions!

PAPER RECYCLING – Please continue to use our paper recycling bin located in the parking lot of the Woodland Hills Administration Building located on Greensburg Pike. Recyclable paper includes: newspaper, computer paper, magazines, glossy paper, office paper, and shredded paper. Cardboard, telephone books, and plastic are NOT accepted.
